I wanted to remind you that FFS (Families For Stevenson) are having a mixer at the Cartoon Network Studios on Tuesday, January 26 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The address is 300 North Third Street. Please email your RSVP to rsvp@stevensonpirates.net. We'll have wine, beer, soda and water along with a some tasty bites.
This event is for adults only so we encourage you to order a pizza from North End Pizzeria for the kids and your sitter as this is our "raising dough" night! Call 818-557-8325.

Hello Everyone!
Happy New Year to you all! I hope this finds you all well, happy and looking forward to 2010.
I wanted to pass along some information regarding upcoming events and needs at Stevenson.
Talent Show (auditions are Jan 14th-15th, event is March 5th- 6th)
Stevenson Rocks! (May 7th)
They are also in the planning stages of a 5K run in April

Parents, keep en eye out for an invitation to Families for Stevenson Booster Association’s Five Year Celebration to be held at 6:30pm, Jan 26th at Cartoon Network Studios!
This night is for parents only! We’re proud to be celebrating our five year anniversary of supporting Arts Education & more at Stevenson!
We’d like to share our triumphs with you and get your input as we plan for the next five years!

MAD SCIENCE AFTERSCHOOL ENRICHMENT REGISTRATION
Mad Science registration forms will be going home Monday for classes beginning Jan. 13th.

GREEN TEAM NEWS
Stevenson’s Green Team would like to give everybody a quick heads up - The Burbank Recycling Center will be offering a workshop on "COMPOSTING" Saturday, Jan. 30th 11 am at our very own Stevenson Elementary School. There will be more details forthcoming. But if you're curious or have a question, please feel free to contact me.

They also need volunteers to help supervise kids in the garden!!
